I am female and I am not different than any other woman, I like to look beautiful and I love to look younger than my own age and I have been trying for that since I was in my juicer school, I started using sunscreen when no one in my glass knows what this is and why do we need to use it, I carry an umbrella and I don’t use any umbrella, I always have a special one that I get on order to reduce the damage of sun-rays, I use sunglasses and I drink lots of lots of water, and what else? Well I do have some tricks too that I use to prevent wrinkles, I was born with oily skin and I know how hard it was to live complicated teen years with such a oily skin, but I know that it will keep me wrinkle less for ages.
Here is a simple check list that you need to see if you are doing these or not if you want to look younger than your age.
Sun Protection: – Sun is the most important element for existence of life, but it is the most dangerous thing for human body too, if you want to look beautiful and if you want to look younger than your age then you have to avoid sun as much as possible and you have to prevent sun damages, cause preventing is have very easy, but treating sun damage is very hard, so stay inside or in shade from 12 am to 4 pm or and use protection, sunglasses, sunscreen, umbrella and drink water, try not to use any kind of cosmetic on your face when you are going for beach party.
Quit Bad Habits: -There are so many things that we do throughout our lives that we feel is entertainment, but actually they are bad, alcohol, no matter what kind of alcohol, smoking, tattoos and many other things are bad for your body and your skin and you have to quit them as soon as possible, if you think that you can quit bad habits whenever you want then you are wrong, you have to struggle for that and I would say start now.
Stay Hydrated: – Water is the best thing that you can provide your body, it is not only the best thing that keep your body clean, moisturizer and fresh from inside out, but it is the best thing that you can use to prevent aging and the signs of aging, skin is made-up with 90% of water and that is the best way to repair and keep your skin healthy and smooth.
Say Not To Sugar & Salt: – When I say drink too much water then I always say reduce your salt intake if you want to get the benefits of water cause salt can store water inside your body and can be a huge reason of water retention and that is what you don’t want and you need to reduce your sugar intake too, sugar can be a reason of your old looking skin even faster than sun, yes! We never talk about that but excessive sugar content in the blood can harden collagen which is an essential component of the skin, but I am not saying that you cannot take fruits; you can always eat natural sugar.
Balanced Diet: – you need to eat to look good and for that we have shared millions of blogs and now I am sure you would know that you should say Big No for junk food and say yes to all vegetables and best is if you are eating uncooked whenever you can, there are few that are famously good and work as anti-aging vegetables include cabbage, broccoli, radish, and turnips while and you can add some fruits in your diet for same purpose including avocado, colorful berries and green tea, garlic, ginger, beetroot, spinach, turkey, tomatoes, nuts, yogurt, whole grains, and dark chocolate.
