Use Milk/ Water/ Low Fat Yogurt As Base: – we all know that water has no calories at all and if you want to use something that has as lowest calories as possible then add water, but you need to keep one thing in mind, it has not nutritional value too, so if you are going to replace it with meal then you should add milk and if you don’t want to add animal milk then you can add coconut water or milk in it and it is so yum and so delicious and it has very fewer calories too and it will add micronutrients and protein to your smoothie, there are lots of options that you can add in your smoothie as a base including almond milk, Coconut water,  Skim Milk, Soymilk, Oat Milk and many more.
