Do Cardio 30 Minutes a Day and if you don’t want to get in the gym then find a fresh green part or ground around your home and run for 30 minutes with your full intensity and then slowly develop your stamina, walking is good and rubbing is very good and if you maintain a regular running twice a day then soon you will be able to get perfect body within three months, but you need to keep an eye on your food too, you can go for spinning, cardio kickboxing, and boot-camp workouts too if you feel bored with running.
