1- Eat your Veggies, Indians are famous for being Vegetarians and they normally eat a well balanced and healthy food, they stick with high-water content vegetables which are much easier to get digest including lettuce, carrot, cucumber, daikon radish, fennel, and tender asparagus tips and then they add healthy Beans and lentils and they always combine essentials oils with their food which is very good for skin and body and then they add lemon juice in their food which is magical for skin.
